The Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Directors will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in Room 1 at the Clubhouse and will also be available on Zoom (Zoom ID 959-255-9109 Password: 12345).
Per our bylaws change in May 2025, there will be separate elections for each of the five open board positions for 2026: Secretary, Co-Secretary, Development, Marketing, and Membership. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, we ask that you please email chair@sunnydunes.org to schedule a meeting with the Board Chair, Soterios Rouman, to discuss board responsibilities and open positions in detail and answer any questions.
You will then be asked to submit a written application no later than January 10, 2026 (14 days before the election). Click here to see updated descriptions of board roles and responsibilities by position.
