The Annual Meeting and Election of the Board of Directors will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025, in Room 1 at the Clubhouse and will also be available on Zoom (Zoom ID 907-5838-761 Password: 12345).
Information relating to the election of directors will be emailed to all members on December 14, 2024.
If you wish to run for the Board of Directors please read the descriptions of each position very carefully, consider the time commitment it takes, and fill out the application form and send it to the Secretary at [email protected]. Please be advised that only Supporting Members in good standing with one year of continuous recovery will be entitled to run. Please return your application as soon as possible and no later than January 18, 2025, giving us time to manage the ballots. If you are not a supporting member and would like to participate in the election process please visit the Membership Website to become a member.
