Secular Recovery

This is a peer-led recovery fellowship for people seeking freedom from alcohol and other addictions through personal responsibility, mutual support, honest self-reflection, and practical action. We welcome atheists, agnostics, humanists, freethinkers, and anyone who prefers a secular approach to recovery.

Our purpose is to support one another in building healthy, meaningful lives free from addiction. We recognize that recovery is strengthened through community, accountability, and evidence-based practices rather than reliance on a higher power.

We use Jeffrey Munn’s Practical 12 Steps.
