The Board of Directors has called a Special Supporting Member Meeting to inform them of proposed amendments to the Bylaws and to vote on the proposed amendments.
The Board is proposing several updates to the Bylaws:
- Slightly changing the Mission statement to stress our fostering community (more than just a building/environment)
- Changes to our Director election process, so that nominees run for specific open positions and applications are due 14 days before the election
- Deleting language that only pertained to our January 2024 annual meeting

The Special Meeting to vote on the proposed amendments will be held on Saturday, May 31st at 3 p.m. in Room 1 of the Clubhouse and on Zoom (Zoom ID: 959-255-9109 Password: 12345). Only supporting members can vote, so if you want to become a supporting member please visit the Membership page.
